We have worked with world renowned scientists from a leading pharmaceutical to bring FOUNDATION capsule to black women around the world. The combined expertise of a 500 year old modern pharmacy, and the cultural and indigenous knowledge of our founder Nomshado led to the revolutionary innovation of our wonder capsule.
We believe that solutions need to be designed specifically for us (black women) and that is what we have achieved. The lack of products made for our particular needs creates an ethnicity wellness gap and the treatment of black women as ‘dark skinned white women’. This colour blindness is costly to black female health.
A research paper on the role of diet and epigenetics in migration, highlights that direct effects of nutrients on gene expression are documented in fatty acids, Vitamin A, Vitamin D and B Vitamins. Deficiencies that can result in chromosomal damage and DNA damage that mimics that of radiation exposure with problems such as brain dysfunction, neuronal damage, immune function and birth defects being presented.
We have designed FOUNDATION with this knowledge and ensured that for every nutrient deficiency that affects black women disproportionately, we have in our capsule as medical-grade, high potency and optimum absorption so black women don't have to look anywhere else. And for the first time, a black woman has partnered with leading scientists to create a bespoke formula for us.
